How is the price worked out?
It starts from the current resale value of your exact model and storage, then adjusts for condition, age and whether you have the bill and box. The price you see is an estimate; the final price is confirmed when we inspect the device at pickup.
Does pickup cost anything?
No. Pickup is free anywhere in the cities we cover, and there's no obligation to sell if you change your mind when we arrive.
Which cities do you cover?
Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Patna, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We cover the whole city, not just certain pincodes.
What should I keep ready?
The device, its charger if you have one, the original bill and box if you have them, and a valid ID. Please sign out of your accounts and back up your data before pickup.
I can't find my model. Can I still sell?
